Once your package is shipped, we will e-mail your tracking number to the e-mail address you provided. You can use this tracking number to track your order.

Where do I track my order?

DPD:

If your package was sent by DPD, you can track its progress on the DPD website

Fedex:

If your package was sent by Fedex, you can track its progress on the Fedex website

An Post:

If your package was sent by An Post, while it is still in Ireland you can track its progress on the An Post website

Once your package arrives in your country, it is then delivered to you by your local postal courier. This means that, to get up-to-date information on your package, you simply enter your tracking number on your local courier website.

France – La Poste

Spain - Correro

If you cannot find your country on this list, simply search the website of the national postal courier in your country and track your shipment there.


Placing an order

1.    Carroll’s Irish Gifts was unable to verify your payment information. If your payment information entered on the order does not match the payment information stored by the bank or credit card issuer, the order will be automatically cancelled.

2.    If you receive an error message and your order will not process, please contact your bank or credit card issuer to verify the payment information is correct.

3.    Some credit card issuers and banks require a prior notice from the card holder that the card will be used to purchase online. Please ensure your card issuer or bank is aware you intend to purchase online.

4. Very rarely we might experience some technical issues. If you suspect this to be the case please contact us by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page.

No. You can place an order by ordering as a guest. You will not be required to log in or register an account. You will however be required to enter your shipping address and contact information.


We accept Visa, Visa Debit and Mastercard. We also accept payment via PayPal.


Yes. We have taken several steps to ensure all information received from our online visitors is secure from unauthorized access and use. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is use for every transaction. This encrypts all transmissions from our servers and your computer. For your security we do not have access nor store your credit card information.


Yes. Providing the item is still available in our shops and there are no restrictions on shipping it, we will gladly arrange an order for you. To start this process you can contact us by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page.


Exchanges & Returns

If you ordered the incorrect size or incorrect item you can contact us by “Submitting a Request” at the top right hand corner of this page. If your order has not been dispatched we can make the required changes. If your order has been dispatched, once you receive it, you can contact us to arrange return. 

The return policy described below applies to online orders only. 

I have changed my mind and wish to return my item?
You must contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. Please include your order reference number and full name. The item you wish to return must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Refunds may be accepted on all items except perishable goods (food/groceries), earrings and underwear and exclude shipping charges. All items will be inspected on return.

My item is damaged, what can I do?
Please contact us -- include your order reference number and full name. Please also include an image of the item showing the damage. Once verified, we can then work with you on a suitable resolution.

We are delighted to offer our Click & Collect service.

The collection point for click & collect orders is 57/58 Upper O'Connell Street, Dublin 1.

Collection times are Monday to Saturday 8am-6pm, Sunday 10am-6pm.

When you arrive, simply phone the number provided to you on your Order Confirmation email and one of our colleagues will bring your order to you.

Remember to bring your Order Confirmation email (on your phone is fine!) and a valid ID when collecting your order.

An Post:

This is a standard post service that has the addition of tracking straight to your door.

Unfortunately if your specific country is not on our shipping list, we cannot offer delivery at this time.


We use both DHL Express Couriers and AnPost.ie. DHL Express Couriers require a signature on receipt of order. If you are not home, when the courier calls, you will be left a calling card advising you a delivery attempt was made. The courier should also try to contact you by telephone (it is very important to provide a valid telephone for the delivery recipient).


**If you paid via Paypal your order will be shipped to the verified address on your Paypal account. We cannot ship to any other address

For all other orders, if your order has not been dispatched yet, you can change your shipping address through the "My Account" section of our website
