Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Any returned or exchanged goods must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as it was when you received it, the item must include all attached tags/ labels and be in its original packaging. We do not offer a collection service for returns, so you should use your own carrier of choice. We highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

How do I return or exchange unwanted items?
1. Simply repackage your item and insert the following details within the package.
NB - Please email us the same details to email@example.com. Please also email us the tracking number for your return package if you have one.
2. Make sure that all returned or exchanged items are unused/unworn. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Must include all tags or labels and be in its original packaging.
3. The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your expense and we highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

5. If an item is returned that is not eligible for a return, then no refund will be provided and if you require the item to be returned back to you shipping charges will apply. See below for a list of items not eligible for a return

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account once we receive your item. Please note, that no shipping will be refunded – only the price you originally paid for the returned item/s.
The value of returns, exchanges, or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
