Please Note, all An post orders are dispatched on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays at 4 pm and Fedex on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays before 11:30 am.
NOTE: Orders made on Tuesday 16th March and Wednesday 17th March won't be dispatched until Thursday 18th.

It allows us to track your delivery and provides us with a signature online for deliveries in Ireland and most European countries.
* Ireland Express Post - Next Day Delivery from dispatch
* United Kingdom - 3 to 7 working days from date of dispatch
* Europe - 3 to 7 working days from date of dispatch
* USA and the Rest Of The World - 7 to 10 days from date of dispatch
Fedex: a premium service, highly reliable and express.
* United Kingdom - 2 days from date of dispatch
* Europe - 2 days from date of dispatch
* USA - 2 days from date of dispatch
To ensure prompt delivery we must have accurate and complete address details to ensure we can make one delivery charge per delivery address.
When you are confirming your order, delivery costs will be displayed. The cost depends on the weight and size of the product. Products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control, if your order is not available we will contact you to give an estimated date of arrival.
All claims for delivery shortages and damages must be reported to web@carrollsirishgifts.com. within 7 days of the delivery date. Although we use a very reliable third Party Courier service to deliver your purchase, we cannot guarantee exact delivery date. All non-deliveries have to be reported within 20 days. Contact us at web@carrollsirishgifts.com. to arrange a replacement.
RETURNS POLICY
Customers are entitled to return any non faulty product for a refund / exchange within 14 days of date of purchase once the product is in perfect condition including any wrapping.
For Health & Safety reasons we are unable to refund / exchange consumable product.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept back such personal items as Ladies / Gents underwear or pierced earrings.
Cost of delivery will not be refunded in event of a item being exchanged.
